Commercial goods:
Home textiles include fitted sheets, bed sets (duvet cover + Pillowcases), sheet sets (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases all as a set), cushion covers, bolsters, in Jersey, terry, micro terry, micro interlock, brushed terry, flannel, Nickie Velour, woven cotton bed sets for commercial use.

These fitted sheets are in different sizes, according to the sizes of mattresses with elastic all around to fit well. These sheets are made in 100% Cotton, carded or combed, in 100% Polyester, Micro polyester, 50|50 Poly|Cotton and in other different varieties of compositions.

Institutional goods:
commonly used fabrics are in spandex/lycra, interlock and honeycomb. Of these honeycomb is interesting as their small air pockets increase the air circulations which gives more comfort to the user. Plaited jersey is very popular for institutional use, because top of the fabric is of 100% cotton for the comfort of the user and bottom is 100% polyester which is not touched by the body of the patient. Polyester is for the strength of the fabric and durability.

Organic cotton is in sampling stage. Samples have been made for the customer on their request. Export of organic cotton goods is awaiting a certificate.

Over the years Al-Hadi Textile has become synonymous with institutional sheets. These sheets that are being processed and finished for foreign hospitals, care centers and hotels.

Al-Hadi are specialists, in every sense of the word, in manufacturing fitted sheets. Different varieties of fitted sheets and stretcher sheets are shown here. Bleached and vat dyes are at work. Of these vat dyes are chlorine fast, Okeo-tex dyes imported from world renowned multinationals vastly improve their quality and bring them closer to the preferences of the client.

All chemicals and dyes used in Al Hadi Textile products are user friendly.

Quality control checks are stringent. Lights for color matching ensure uniformity and high quality.

Eye soothing designs and high technical values are only two of the plus points of these sheets. A major plus point is user friendliness. It is said about Al-Hadi sheets,

These sheet sets in solid dyed and in prints are for the American market. Among the popular designs are the Juvenile designs especially Disney designs from Warner Brothers.

These Al-Hadi prints are done in pigment, reactive, and soft printing in all European and American sizes. They are all seamless and compacted.

Circular Knitting:
Al-Hadi has the latest technology in Circular knitting. Shown here are machines with different diameters and Gauges.

Greige Fabric :
The greige fabric is checked here to mark any knitting defects in fabric. After knitting of fabric lots are prepared and job cards are issued.

Elastic Machines:
Some of the customers require stronger elastic with more intensity which is not available in the market, so we have installed our own machines for manufacturing elastic.

Dyeing and Finishing:
We have world renowned Eco-Soft Swiss made Scholl machine and German made Thies Dye machine for Cotton and Polyester, up to 1000 Kg. capacity.

Balloon Squeezer – Corino made in Italy, up to 14000 kg/day Capacity on the rolls, fabric is filled with air, it de-twists the twisted fabric to wash out all the fluff from the fabric which comes out clean and shiny; it improves the appearance of the fabric.

We have world class conveyer dryer. (‘Santex’ Swiss made) Santa Shrink with vibrator and with tumbling effect for better shrinkage and dimensional stability.

There are 2 Italian made Ferrero compactors for compacting fabric by means of required fold and controlling of shrinkage.

5 big tumblers to control shrinkage and to deliver pre-shrunk goods.

Side slitting machine for open width fabric. The slitter has censor which senses the drop needle for the cutting of the fabric and cuts exactly on the drop needle.

Stenter – For open width fabric, it is heat treated to eliminate the internal tension within the fibres with wave straightner to control bowing. During the process the width of the fabric is stretched to the required dimension. Width capacity is 3.2 meters. It is imported from Germany.

There are two boilers, one of which is a standby so that there is no delay or halt in work for one boiler not being available.

Similarly there are two generators one of which is a standby ---- 2,650 KV and 350 KV.

Production Director:
Our dynamic Production Director Mr. Ameer Javaid Khan has given his best to increase our production in last five years-----, an increase of 40% every year. Al-Hadi is now giving 18,000 to 20,000 kg of dyeing and finishing per day.

Cutting & Stitching:
This is our cutting department. Here different range of fabrics are checked on tables which are conspicuous on account of their height.

The entire stitching process is here. Back latcher, over locking machines, flat lock, elastic attachment machines, two needle machines, zip attachments, Single needle machine, Singtex all these machines are imported from Taiwan.

Checking Department:
Checking is done in four stages.
1. The stretch check is carried out to find out if there is any knitting defect.
2. After dyeing another check is carried out to find if the shade is exactly the same as required.
3. A stitching check is carries out to find out if there is any miner defect in stitching and if the elastic is visible.
4. A check is carried out to find if cropping is flawless.

Packing Department:
Vigilance remains on till the product is put into the poly bags and the consignment given the last touches.
